We also have a capability in manufacturing fire resistant and fire retardant kids apparel. Sleepwear approved under CPSIA guidelines which is snug fitting and has the necessary yellow tags. To protect children from burns, we manufacture flame-resistant kids apparel. For the manufacturing of such garments, they are made to measurements and in some cases may use a fire retardant treatment on them. Our fabric and garments, therefore, pass through from certain flammability tests. These are snug-fitted sleepwear as defined by specified dimensions.

Fire resisting garments reduce the possibility of an incipient fire or flame from spading and becoming a conflagration. They are set up with a thermal barrier to reduce the flames spreading, to reduce after burns, and allow some time for the wearer to escape from the burning environment. Fire retardant fabrics include a coating of chemical that produces a non-combustible gas that prohibits the ignition and spread of fire. It also reduces the toxic smoke and fumes.
