There are several printing techniques, and each of them is suitable for a certain business/product. Organic and More selects the right printing technique after understanding the customers requirement. We curate hand-made prints according to the screen print technique. This goes without saying that our dyes and prints are organic and GOTS certified. We use water-based reactive printing inks which are ideal for printing intricate decoration onto cotton.
Water-based inks are much thinner and when printed are absorbed into the fibers of the garment, becoming one with the shirt. This allows the garments printed with water-based inks to have little to no feeling of the ink, and retain the garments original flexibility and breathability.
Our in house printing capability is up to 5000 panels per day or up to 1000 meters per day on the table. We also outsource for GOTS certified digital printing for productions that require shading and has a huge range in the number of colors.
Digital printing, although more expensive than hand printing or rotary printing, does offer flexibility in quantities. So, small-batch productions that require intricate printing shading
can be done. GOTS certified rotary printing for knits and wovens both is common for larger productions to achieve evenness and consistency. We regularly rotary print all over patterns for our customers. So both traditional, as well as advanced techniques, are used for clothes printing and fabric printing.
