•  PRIVATE LABELING: We offer Private Labeling options to our customers wherein they can either use generic styles from our exiting collection or design their own and have their own label.
•  CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT: For custom development we require pattern cuts, measurements, and color specification (pantone shades) to be included in the Tech pack
 
 
•  DYEING: We offer dyeing services to our customers. We require pantone shades numbers. To provide lab dips for customer approval before the dyeing started. We offer both Fabric dyeing & yarn dyeing (stripes) services.

 

•  FABRICS: We offer a wide range of Knitted & Woven fabrics for Apparel, Accessories and Home textiles developments. Some of our fabrics include but are not limited to Single Jersey, Interlock, Rib, Baby Rib, Terry, Velour, Brushed Fleece and Pique etc.

•  PRINTING: We offer both screen-printing & Rotary (All-over) printing services. Print Designs, Colors, measurements & placement our required for custom development.

 

•  EMBROIDERY: We offer machine embroidery services in up to eight colors. Again, design, measurements; colors & placement are required for custom development.

 

•  LABELS: We offer a choice of printed (fusing sticker) labels and sown-in labels. Within the sown-labels, either woven type of label is available or satin/cotton printed sown-in labels can be made . Label, size, placement, content and color etc are required for custom development.

•  PACKAGING: Our Goods are generally packed in Poly Bags (due to necessity of Internationals Shipping) & there after Cartons. However we also offer custom packaging services as per our customer requirement. Appropriate Samples of packaging Materials are required for custom packaging.

•  COSTING: We generally offer FOB India Costing.

•  SHIPPING OPTIONS: We do work with freight forwarders & clearing agents to provide our customers with either Air or Sea Shipping Options.

 

•  PROCESS: All above inputs are required to initiate custom development productions. A time and action plan will be provided to the customers detailing deliverables at adequate intervals during the productions.

•  LEAD TIMES: Our typical lead times are 90 days for dispatch from the day the order is placed.

•  SAMPLE: Pre-productions samples are sent to customers for approval during the production cycle.
